Scholarship Winners Announced
Belco congratulates all of the winners in our annual scholarship essay contest. The following students will each receive a $1,000 scholarship towards their continuing education: Sara Clossen, Lock Haven; Elizabeth Curry, Hershey; Emily Durenberger, Lancaster; Alicia Frankfort, Ephrata; and Chelsea Hawkins, Harrisburg.
