
At Belco, we want to exceed your expectations. That's why we guarantee exceptional service with every member interaction.
Belco employees will:
1. Attempt to answer member questions immediately. If we cannot, we will call or email a response by the close of business the same day.
2. Respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt.1
3. Respond to every member by name.2
4. Thank every member for his or her business.
5. Provide credit decisions on consumer loan applications before the close of business (when submitted before 2 p.m. on a business day).3
The cost for breaking one of these guarantees is $5 paid to the member, with the exception of the loan guarantee, which is $100 paid to the member.
1Business days only. Does not apply on weekends, credit union holidays, or other days on which the credit union is closed for business.
2If an employee does not know a member's name on sight, the employee will then use the member's name once identification is presented.
3A completed consumer loan application must be received before 2:00 p.m. for the Guarantee to be in effect. Loan applications received after 2:00 p.m. will be answered on the following business day.
The Guarantee does not apply to GMAC loans or commercial loans.
Belco Community Credit Union reserves the right to cancel this Guarantee at any time and without notice.
